The BNDE finances very small businesses (VSEs) that are essentially rural. They are mostly starters. Beyond financing and thanks to strategic partnerships with non-financial service providers, it contributes to the rise of these VSEs and their promoters.

The VSEs financed come from different sectors of activity.
